There are lots of ways to support us

  • Do you share our interests in children’s play and welfare?
  • Or do you have a child who uses our services?
  • Do you sometimes make donations to charity?

If the answer to any of these is yes, please read on!

One of the best ways you can improve children’s welfare and support their need and right to play is by donating to Play Midlothian. As we are a registered charity, public donations are vital for keeping our services going. Your donation can make a huge difference to our work – as a small, local charity even a small donation can make a big financial impact (unlike when donating to a large charity).

We would very much welcome donations to support our work – large or small, every bit helps. It’s really easy to set up a donation by clicking on the button below.

We provide a range of services including holiday playschemes, outdoor play sessions for children aged 5-12 and family play sessions for children aged 0-4. Children tell us that without access to these, they would most likely be at home in front of the T.V. Instead we are able to improve children’s health and wellbeing, boost their development, improve their life chances and build community connections.

We much appreciate when people are able to give up some of their time to help with one of our projects, or by taking up a trustee role to contribute their skills. Get in touch to let us know how you feel you could contribute and to find out about current opportunities.
